The Department of Labor announced on Monday 12 appointments to the National Advisory Committee on Occupational Safety and Health (NACOSH). NACOSH advises the U.S. Secretary of Labor on issues related to workplace health and safety, including the implementation and enforcement of regulations under OSHA.

Two appointees were selected to represent labor on the Committee: Robyn Robbins, Director of Occupational Safety and Health at the UFCW International Union; and Steven Sallman, Safety and Health Specialist in the USW Safety & Environment Department.
